The Uanamani duo takes control of the titanian spaceship to accomplish the eighth episode of our sonic transmissions. The artists are one of the new standards groups of Madrid’s electronic scene, having published their first Ep Lucentum in Gergaz netlabel as well as several tracks for labels like Atrocious Symphonies and Censored. Recently, Uanamani have joined the artist orbit of the Titan’s Halo colony.

This mix called Memorias Interplanetarias is a trip through the memory of humanity in its long journey in the seek of habitable planets. Kind of a Noe’s Ark of memories that mankind has to preserve in order to maintain its identity. Musical selection intends to represent a voyage from 70’s cosmic music to present without focusing on particular artists but on a musical story. That’s why we can find such different background artists such as Gavin Bryars, Murcof, Plastikman, Quantec, Ebi or Brian Eno. Together they form a cluster of souvenirs that would eventually help humanity to leave a musical imprint in cosmos for other civilizations to start musically where we left it.

The colonies official designer Pablo Sanz has crafted for this special conceptual mix a cover that recreates a forgotten petroglyph, a Rosetta Stone found in a floating asteroid that may have come from a certain planet located in the borders of universe. A millenary stone that may help other civilizations to get to know the music of the humans, our precious and beloved Memorias Interplanetarias.
